Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing products from The UDecor. 
We offer a full money-back/exchange guarantee for all purchases made on our website under following conditions :-
1. If the product you received is broken or tampered during shipping. 
2. Different product was sent.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement if you request a refund/exchange within 2 days(48 hours) of your purchase. 
After 2-days you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund/exchange.

Steps need to be followed while putting a refund/exchange request:- 
1. To initiate an exchange or refund request, email  theudecor@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. 
2. Draft an email with subject line Exchange/Refund Request for <Order id> <Full Name> 
ex: Refund Request for 8321 Aryan 
3. The team will send further steps in how to proceed further with the request.

Points to be noted while  exchange/refund:-
1. Team will need videos/photos while unpacking the product. Only upon  approval of those will the request be approved. 

2. Product should not be used & should be in its original packing.

3. Products on sale cannot be exchanged. They will only be refunded if they are broken or hampered during shipping.

UDecor team reserves the right to reject any refund/exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met.
